Ruth White and George Cooper meet Cyrus Briman, a sailor who served on a tramp steamer, on the train from Pittsburgh to Kittanning. Thwarted at every turn by Ruth’s own father, she and George persevere to follow the clues, which ultimately leads to a decades old crime someone is willing to kill for to keep secret.

I have read all of Jeff's books, and "Moonshine & Murder" is my favorite. He knows how to write a story with rich characters, fascinating history, compelling storyline and tension on every page. I feel like I've known George and Ruth my whole life and I care about them. It's hard to put the book down. The ending is a nail-biter. A very enjoyable book! I can't wait to read his next one!Product details
